Terms of Use

Last updated 1 October 2026.

By using GPACalcZone you agree to these terms. They're short because the site is simple: free calculators, no accounts, nothing to buy.

Results are estimates

The calculators follow common grading conventions, described on the About page. Schools set their own rules — grade scales, weighting, which classes count, how retakes and transfer credits are handled — so a result here can differ from your official GPA or course grade. Your school's transcript, registrar or instructor is always the authority. Don't rely on these results alone for decisions such as applications, scholarships, eligibility or appeals; confirm with your school.

No warranty

The site is provided free and "as is", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We work to keep the calculations correct and test them, but mistakes are possible. To the extent the law allows, GPACalcZone isn't liable for any loss arising from using the site or relying on its results.

Using the site

You're welcome to use the calculators for yourself, your students or your children, and to link to any page. Please don't copy the site wholesale, interfere with how it runs, or send automated traffic that degrades it for others.

Your data

What you enter stays in your browser — see the privacy policy. You're responsible for who you send share links to, since they contain the grades you entered.

Not affiliated

GPACalcZone is independent and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any school, college, the College Board, the IB or the Common App. Names of programs such as AP and IB are used only to describe class types.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
